The Future Jobs Fund team!
We caught up with the Future Jobs Fund team, working hard improving their local neighbourhood’s environment!
Future Jobs is about working with unemployed people, getting them onto work programmes and training schemes, while mentoring them back to employability and teaching them life skills.
These young people will be part of the scheme for 6 months, but they aren’t the only people to benefit from Future Jobs: The programme has been developed with intention of working with all ages and backgrounds, and referrals come from The Job Centre and Connexions.
